Simple hassle free checkin and checkout process. Rooms are ready as per the checkin times. neat and clean. In room facilities working properly. Loved the coffee at breakfast from the lavassa machine. Nothing to complain about.

The rooms were very small, just compact, but overall pleasant. The HK staff were prompt and responded to cleaning requirements in a timely manner. Recommend this place for stay as it is very well located and has good connectivity. There is also a day stay option which is very good for those who have to vacate to travel back in the evening, you do not have to take the regular booking. This works out cheaper. Good discovery for us.

Rooms were good enough for single person which i booked ..when i checked in it was smelly due to cigratte smoking - upon my one call request they immediately changed the room which was far more superior to the one i booked.. Further request for jain food and fast (upvas)food was served very well and quickly serviced.. Full marks / points for courtesy and service of the staff..

Good location. good ambience. very supportive staff. good choice of breakfast lunch and dinner. very satisfactory room amenities. overall a highly pleasant stay. special shout-out to Mr. Tarun, and Ms. Alisha for their great customer service. also my appreciation to all staff for their courteous attitude and helpfulness.

Better than I thought it would be for the price. Not fancy but a good place. Food also surprisingly good in the resto, especially the ice cream. Room very clean, quiet and comfortable, staff very good too. Only quibble was the room lighting - the only option was ON or OFF. No beside lights, one switch for bathroom, one for bedroom, period. It might not bother some people but it would prevent me from staying again. Otherwise, it was great.

Staffs at front office, restaurant were very good. Rithik (front office )and Vitthal (restaurant) to mention along with others. Vitthal is all rounder.

Very good experience. Excellent staff at the front desk. Special mention to Mr. Jugal for always being courteous and helpful. Breakfast was relly nice with good variety of dishses
